Quarterly Special Events
A few times a year students will choose a fun event/gathering that they would want to invite their friends to. It might be a game and crafting night, an evening of bowling at the UW HUB or a field trip together.

Retreats
Once a year, middle school students and high school students will be invited to go on a church retreat. We join churches from around the Seattle area at Camp Cascades in Yelm, WA. Over 300 kids gather together for a weekend of fun, games, discipleship and worship, great food, and spend a ton of time outdoors in the woods and by the lake.
Serve and Learn
Once a year in the summer kids are invited to participate in a Serve and Learn trip. A Serve and Learn trip is designed to be a transformative experience, fostering a deeper understanding of faith, compassion for others, and a commitment to service. They aim to equip youth to be more engaged in their communities and to live out their faith in tangible ways. Serve and Learn might happen locally in Seattle, or take students somewhere within driving distance (i.e. Portland, Yakima, etc.)

Service in the community
Quest Youth are encouraged to volunteer in kids church or with another ministry on Sundays at Quest on fourth Sundays. Seasonally there are opportunities for youth to serve together: Fall Fest, Clean-up Days or with Summer Creative Arts & Justice Camp. Serving is fun when done in community and so we encourage youth to get involved as much as their schedules allow.

Quest Youth Parent Gatherings [coming soon!]
Once a month, parents gather for connection and conversation on important topics that help us shepherd and guide our kids through the teen years. We’ll talk about relationships, spiritual discipleship, money, justice and advocacy, sex and sexuality, and more. Youth Parent gatherings will include a commitment to prayer for our students and their schools/communities.

DISABILITY SUPPORT
We long to be a place of belonging for all students, all abilities. Some of our students may need more assistance and support. When possible, we pair these students with 1-1 Mentors to help these students with engagement with friends, involvement in activities, and transformation through experiences in youth ministry.
