This information is extremely important for Quest Kids staff and volunteers to serve your child and your family in the most helpful and person-centered ways. Please utilize the bottom box if you have any other information to share with staff.

Quest Kids offer Special Buddies to children who find more success in have a 1-1 relationship in the class. *
